This course does a great job at steps to avoiding / resolving conflict. My main critique is that there was not as much focus on parenting specifically. Such as how to talk with your children about their feelings, coparenting scheduling strategies, etc. I found this course helpful and encouraging to finding solutions to dealing with my divorce. good stuff Very eye opening in many ways- from the past to the present and into future relationships. If I would’ve known a lot of the information discussed when my wife first asked for a divorce, things would’ve been very different in a better way for all parties involved. I see the things that I did in the marriage that I can sit down and talk with him about! Taking responsibility for my part in the divorce was a helpful topic to work through. The quote about every arrow launched at your ex spouse lands in the heart of your child really hit home for me. Great explanation of sistuations. This course confirmed and supported my ex wife and I’s plan moving forward. Our children are our number one priority and will remain our focus. Divorce is hard on them, her and I working together eases the pain some for the kids. I have a good relationship with my babys’ mama, but I understand better the importance of the good co-parenting. at the end we will re-do our lives but our Childs are forever, they need to grow in a good environment and feeling happy to have their parents even if they are not together. Very educational, and i wish I would have had this information before I was married. Very educational and understanding the health of your family should come first. Divorced parents need to put their differences aside for the sake of the children and for themselves. It’s the only way to move on rather than living in the past. Great understanding how to communicate with your past partner or spouse . USING LOGIC AND COMMON SENSE TO CO PARENTING IS NOT THAT HARD. COMMUNICATION AND BEING RESPECTFUL TO ONE ANOTHER IS NOT THAT HARD. This course help at all To make you change your mind about any situation which may affect your child and families Then help to be a better parent better person and have the right words to addressing at any time or situations Taking myself out of the wronged, victim mindset because i saw the red flags but still chose the challenge. that was truth for me. My review of this class is that it takes 2 people to make a divorce happen even though one person might think they had nothing to do with the decision on the divorce or what caused the divorce. I believe putting a plan in place about your child is very useful and do not talk bad about the other parent is very important. Although I did try and did and do the things that were taught about the video, but it also gave me more of a bigger insight into divorce. I feel like I had a pretty good grasp on this whole situation before, but taking this class just solidified it. I’m glad I took this course. It was full of great information and I liked how they had views from several different people. I appreciate how this class helped you to take a step back and look at the divorce and co parenting as a whole. This was actually a really helpful course. It was great to hear the perspectives and experiences of other ex-couples. I didn’t think I was actually going to gain much from this course but I was completely wrong. Thank you to whoever the director/organizer of this course is!This course does a great job at steps to avoiding / resolving conflict.
